Interesting, not-so-fun fact: One of the most common pain points in America are migraine headaches.

The most recent study, conducted by the National Headache Foundation, found that more than thirteen million people reported suffering from migraines in the past year alone, which translates into roughly one-third of the population.

Migraine headaches tend to be triggered by things like changes in weather or sleep patterns and can last for anything from 4 hours up to 3 days without being interrupted with medication; this makes them both difficult and debilitating for anyone who suffers from them.

Needless to say, migraine headaches are a pretty big problem, and they sometimes might not seem like an easy problem to solve, especially if you feel like you’ve tried everything.

Now, let’s follow up that not-so-fun fact with an actually fun fact!

I have personally found a link between past trauma, the function, the nervous system, and migraine headaches for my community.

Damage in the nervous system, which is a first line of defense against pain, is associated with an increased risk for developing migraine headaches.

The next couple of weeks, I’ve opened up time in my schedule for free one-on-one phone consultations.  If you experience migraine headaches, I’d love to hear from you and help you out in any way I can.
